High-frequency welding technology ensures sealing performance
The 27.12MHz high-frequency electromagnetic field is used to penetrate the TPU composite material, so that the molecular vibration friction generates heat and achieves instant curing at the melting point temperature. This technology can avoid the risk of debonding in the traditional adhesive process, and the welding strength is more than 15N/cm, ensuring the airtightness of the airbag in an environment of -20℃ to 80℃.
Four-station turntable structure improves production capacity
Fully automatic turntable production is achieved through PLC programming, which is 300% more efficient than traditional single-station equipment. The four-station independent operation can complete the welding, cooling, cutting and testing processes simultaneously, supporting 12 hours of continuous production.
Intelligent protection system ensures production safety
Equipped with a spark protection device, when a 0.1 second abnormal discharge is detected, the high-frequency output can be automatically cut off and an audible and visual alarm can be sounded. Pneumatic drive system, pressure fluctuation range ≤±0.05MPa, to ensure the consistency of welding depth.
Modular design adapts to multiple needs
Supports customized size electrode plates, compatible with TPU, PVC, EVA and other materials.
