1. Application Cases
Customized Embossing of Mercedes-Benz S-Class Seats
The high-frequency embossing process is used to press a 0.8mm deep diamond pattern on the surface of the leather seat. Combined with nano-level coating treatment, the wear resistance of the pattern at extreme temperatures (-30℃ to 90℃) is increased by 40%, while the anti-slip performance is enhanced. This process uses a high-frequency electromagnetic field to quickly heat the surface of the material, forming a three-dimensional texture under mold pressure, which not only improves the aesthetics of the seat, but also optimizes the touch and safety.
Anti-slip and aesthetic upgrade of car mats
The high-frequency embossing machine is used for the pressing and welding of anti-sliding blocks, edge pressings and leather wear-resistant sheets of car mats. For example, high-strength TPU materials are pressed on the edge of the wire loop mat, and molecular-level welding is achieved through high-frequency electromagnetic fields to ensure that the tear strength at the joint is ≥18N/cm. At the same time, a honeycomb anti-slip texture is pressed to increase the friction coefficient of the mat in a slippery environment by 30%.
Seat leather fake stitching simulation process
The high-frequency embossing machine is used to simulate the stitching effect on the leather surface. Through high-frequency heating and mold embossing completed within 0.3 seconds, a fake stitching pattern with strong three-dimensional sense and clear texture is formed. This process does not require traditional needle and thread stitching, avoiding leather surface damage, and the simulation degree is as high as 95%. It is widely used in the decorative design of luxury car seats.
2. Main scope and field
Automotive seat manufacturing
Function enhancement: The high-frequency embossing process can improve the anti-slip property, breathability and touch comfort of seat fabrics. For example, the honeycomb concave and convex texture is pressed in the central area of the seat back, which reduces the contact area between the back and the seat by 20%, thereby reducing the stuffiness of long-term driving.
Personalized design: Supports customized production of complex patterns, such as brand LOGO, geometric texture or bionic texture, to meet the differentiated needs of high-end models.
Automotive interior parts production
Foot mats and floor mats: High-frequency embossing machines are used to press the anti-sliding block, edge pressing and wear-resistant layer of the foot mat to improve the durability and safety of the product.
Door panels and armrests: Imitation wood grain, carbon fiber and other textures are pressed on the surface of door panel trims or armrests to enhance the luxury and technological sense of the interior.
Cross-industry application expansion
Leather products: In leather shoes, belts, bags and other products, high-frequency embossing technology is used to press brand logos, decorative patterns or functional textures to enhance product added value.
Plastic and textile industry: High-frequency embossing machines can be used for surface decoration of plastic barrels and packaging boxes, or three-dimensional embossing of clothing and scarves, giving products unique visual and tactile effects.
